Paul McClintock

I sell shirts through redbubble and pretend to be an artist. This site should contain all the things in existence that make me look good, and none of the other things.

Got a mention on fellow Redbubbler Tracy Wallace’s blog. I guess you could call this my first “press coverage”. Cheers Tracy!

I have been shortlisted in the National Youth Self Portrait Prize for 2009. My portrait will be on display in the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra from the 24th of July until the 13th of September 2009 along with the other fourteen finalists. The grand prize winner will be announced on the 24th of July.

If you’re in Canberra during the exhibition, why not pop in and loudly exclaim how wonderful my entry is? You can make a big fuss about how much it deserved to win (regardless of the outcome), and perhaps throw a chair at one of the other entries.

Currently, I’m still organising the print. It would have been done today if not for a faulty USB drive, so check back here for more information closer to the event, as I grow more and more panicky by the minute.
